We clean homes, offices and commercial properties, with an emphasis on dependable service, professional people and consistent standards. Pine Fresh Cleaning Services was established in Dubai in 2021 with a simple philosophy: Quality and Not Quantity. From the beginning, the business focused on dependable cleaning, lasting customer relationships and quality results rather than chasing volume.
We won’t hide it: the business went quiet for a while. Today Pine Fresh is back, under new management and with a renewed vision.
2021
Pine Fresh was set up to provide practical, dependable cleaning for homes and businesses across Dubai: residential cleaning, maid services, move-in and move-out, commercial, deep cleaning, spring cleaning and sanitisation. The aim: do the job properly, treat customers fairly, build relationships that last.
2021 to 2025
Pine Fresh built an established name in Dubai and a base of customers who valued reliable service, professional staff and fair pricing, earning 26 Google reviews averaging 4.7 stars.
2026
After several years of operation, Pine Fresh became dormant in early 2026. Rather than end the story, it has been relaunched under new management, building on the original business with a renewed focus on professional people, better systems, stronger supervision and responsive communication.

We’re starting with dedicated residential teams in Al Barsha, JVC and Motor City while we develop our commercial cleaning. Over time we aim to grow into a broader cleaning and property-care business, carefully, because Quality and Not Quantity still comes first.

Our original motto still stands. For this next chapter we’ve added three principles. Consistency: a good first visit is not enough; you should be able to rely on the service every time. Accountability: when something needs attention, we listen, take responsibility and resolve it. Communication: good service depends on understanding what you need and keeping you informed.
Regular, periodic, one-off or deep cleaning, on the days and hours that suit you. Weekly rates drop from AED 38 to AED 30 an hour as your hours go up.
You’re dealing with a licensed cleaning company, not arranging an informal cleaner.

Published hourly rates, matched to the service and time required, with no area surcharges.

Pine Fresh is owned and managed by Abdul Malik, a former C-suite executive with 20 years in senior leadership roles, including five years as Group CFO of a large industrial and commercial cleaning company in the UAE that employed more than 10,000 cleaning staff.
Not freelancers or agency temps. Your cleaner works for our licensed company, so you’re booking a service, not taking on a risk.
New cleaners learn our room-by-room standard before they’re scheduled on their own.
The lavender Pine Fresh uniform means you, your neighbours and building security know exactly who’s at the door.
We aim to send the same cleaner each week, so they learn how you like things done.
For homes, our residential teams focus on Al Barsha, JVC and Motor City, which cuts travel time and gives our cleaners more time to do what they’re paid to do: clean. For businesses, we start by understanding the property, operating hours, frequency and priorities before recommending a cleaning arrangement.
Studios and 1-bed apartments in JVC and Uptown Motor City, cleaned once or twice a week.
Larger homes in Al Barsha and the Green Community, with longer visits several days a week.
