We book realistic hours for your home, so nothing gets rushed at the end of the day.

Our cleaners arrive in the lavender Pine Fresh uniform, so you and your building security know who’s at the door.
Every cleaner is vetted and trained before they’re sent to a customer’s home.
Pine Fresh charges AED 55 an hour for deep cleaning, with a 2-hour minimum. As a guide, a studio or 1-bed apartment costs about AED 220 to 330, a 2-bed apartment AED 330 to 440, and a 3-bed apartment or townhouse AED 440 to 660. Larger villas start from about AED 715. A standard one-off clean is AED 40 an hour. Estimate your clean.
It depends on the size and condition of your home. A 1-bed apartment usually takes 4 to 6 cleaner hours, a 2-bed 6 to 8, and a 3-bed 8 to 12. If we send more than one cleaner, the job finishes sooner, but the total hours stay the same. We confirm the hours with you before we start.
Regular cleaning keeps everyday surfaces tidy. A deep clean goes much further: inside the oven, behind and under furniture, tile grout, limescale, skirting boards, AC vents and window tracks. Most people book a deep clean first, then keep it up with weekly cleaning.

Window sills and tracks, and under and behind furniture that can be moved. Extras like inside the fridge, every window or a balcony deep clean are added to your hours.
Yes. An empty home is the easiest time to reach every cupboard, drawer and corner, and it usually takes fewer hours than a furnished one.
Just let us know when you book. We can bring cleaning materials and equipment, or use your own products if you prefer, and your quote will reflect your choice.
Most homes benefit from a deep clean every 3 to 6 months. Homes with pets, young children or dust from nearby building work may need one more often. Weekly cleaning in between keeps the build-up down.
Not for the whole time. Many customers let us in, head out, and come back for a quick walk-through at the end so they can point out anything they'd like touched up.
Not at the moment. We vacuum sofas, rugs and mattresses as part of a deep clean, but we don't currently offer steam or shampoo cleaning.
It's a single visit covering the everyday jobs from our weekly service: kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, floors and tidying. It costs AED 40 an hour with a 2-hour minimum, and suits homes that need a refresh rather than a full deep clean.
