Weekly and part-time cleaning
A regular cleaner on the same day each week, from AED 30 an hour. Perfect for keeping a studio or 1-bed on track.
Move-in and top-to-bottom cleans
Construction dust, kitchen grease and bathroom limescale lifted in one visit. AED 55 an hour.

JVC borders our Al Barsha base, so we’re never stuck crossing the city to reach you.
Plenty of JVC homes have a dog or cat. Tell us about yours and we’ll plan around them.
Our cleaners are employed by Pine Fresh, a licensed company, so you never take on the risk of hiring freelance help.
Our cleaners arrive in the lavender Pine Fresh uniform, so your concierge knows exactly who’s at the door.
Weekly cleaning with Pine Fresh costs AED 30 to 38 an hour depending on how many hours you book each week, a one-off clean is AED 40 an hour, and deep cleaning is AED 55 an hour. A studio or 1-bed deep clean usually comes to about AED 220 to 330. The rates are the same in every JVC district, and every visit has a 2-hour minimum.

Officially, yes. JVC falls under Al Barsha South Fourth in government records. That's handy for you, because our base is in Al Barsha, so JVC is right next door for our team.
Yes, and it's one of our most common JVC requests. Newly handed-over buildings often leave construction dust on balconies, window tracks and AC vents. A studio or 1-bed deep clean usually takes about 4 to 6 hours, and an empty flat is quicker to clean than a furnished one.
Of course. JVC is one of Dubai's most pet-friendly communities, and plenty of our homes have pets. Tell us about yours when you book. We'll vacuum pet hair from sofas, rugs and corners, and if your pet is nervous around visitors, you can keep them in another room while we clean.

Yes. Many JVC residents are at work while we clean and leave a key or fob with their concierge or security desk. Tell us how your building handles visitors when you book, and we'll share your cleaner's details in advance.
Yes. We clean stairs, landings and handrails on every floor, and sweep rooftop terraces and balconies. A 3-bed townhouse often books three weekly visits of 4 hours, at AED 34 an hour, and a deep clean usually takes about 10 to 12 hours.
Yes, as long as the cleaner works for a licensed company. Hiring someone on a freelance, visit or "own" visa is illegal in the UAE, and households can face heavy fines. Pine Fresh cleaners are employed by our licensed company, so you're simply booking a service.
Just let us know when you book. We can bring cleaning materials and equipment, or use your own products if you prefer, and your quote will reflect your choice.
