It depends on your office size, how many people use it, how often we clean and when. We don't use a fixed price list. We visit your office for free, agree a checklist and schedule with you, and then send a fixed monthly price in writing. Build your office cleaning brief.
Most offices need washrooms, pantries and bins seen to several times a week, and desks and floors at least weekly. As a guide, offices of under 10 people often manage with one visit a week, 10 to 25 people suit three visits, and busier offices of 25 or more usually need a daily clean. We'll recommend a schedule at your site visit.
Yes. Most offices book evening cleans after the team leaves, or early-morning cleans before they arrive, so nobody has to work around us. Weekend cleans are available too.
We agree access at the site visit. Many offices give us a key or access card and the alarm code, which we keep securely and use only for your visits. If your building needs our team registered with security, we arrange that before the first clean.
No. We clean around papers, files and personal items rather than moving them, and we never open drawers or cabinets unless you ask us to. Clear desks get a full wipe-down.
We dust and wipe desk phones, keyboards and the outside of monitors with suitable cloths and products. We don't clean inside IT equipment or server rooms.
Yes, if you'd like us to. We can restock hand soap, paper towels and toilet paper on each visit, either from your own stock or supplied by us and added to your monthly invoice.
Yes. A one-off deep clean before you move in, or after you move out, is a common job for us. We can then carry on with regular cleaning once you've settled in.
Yes. We clean offices of every size, from a single-room business centre suite to a full floor. Small offices often suit one or two visits a week.
