Weekly cleaning with Pine Fresh costs AED 30 to 38 an hour depending on how many hours you book each week, a one-off clean is AED 40 an hour, and deep cleaning is AED 55 an hour. Every visit has a 2-hour minimum, and the rates are the same across Al Barsha 1, 2, 3 and Al Barsha South.
We cover all of Al Barsha 1, Al Barsha 2, Al Barsha 3 and Al Barsha South. We don't yet cover Barsha Heights (Tecom) or The Greens, but you can join our waitlist and we'll let you know as soon as we do.
Officially, yes. Jumeirah Village Circle falls under Al Barsha South Fourth in government records, although most people think of it as its own community. We clean in JVC too, and it has its own page with local details.
Yes, as long as the cleaner works for a licensed company. Hiring someone on a freelance, visit or "own" visa is illegal in the UAE, and households can face heavy fines. Pine Fresh cleaners are employed by our licensed company, so you're simply booking a service.
Yes. Many Al Barsha villa families book us for a few weeks while their helper is on annual leave or travelling in the summer. Tell us the dates, days and hours you need, and we'll set up visits for that period only.
Yes. Larger villas usually suit longer or more frequent visits, and our weekly rate drops to AED 32 an hour from 16 hours a week and AED 30 from 24 hours. For a villa deep clean, send us a few photos and we'll estimate the hours before anything is booked.
Yes. Newer buildings in Al Barsha South often leave construction dust on balconies, tracks and vents, and an empty home is the easiest time to reach every cupboard and corner. A deep clean costs AED 55 an hour.
Not at all. Many Al Barsha buildings and gated communities ask for visitor details. Tell us what your building needs when you book, and we'll share your cleaner's details in advance.
