daily cleans and deep cleans
Al Barsha, JVC and Motor City
Every school gets a written checklist, agreed with your facilities or operations team at the site visit. Here’s what a regular term-time clean includes. Choose an area to see the jobs.
Desks, chairs and the surfaces small hands touch all day, cleaned after pupils go home.
Cleaned and sanitised on every visit, because these are the rooms parents and visitors notice first.
The busiest floors in the building, with heavy footfall from drop-off to home time.
Where teachers take a break and parents arrive, kept tidy and welcoming.
Mention these at your site visit and we’ll fit them around your term dates and events.
We don’t currently clean school kitchens or cooking areas, swimming pools, outdoor play equipment or school buses.

Winter and spring break cleans
Before-term reset
After-event clean

Washroom supplies restocking
Daytime washroom checks
Every school is priced individually after a free site visit. Term-time cleaning comes as a fixed monthly price, and holiday deep cleans are priced per break, all in one written proposal.
01
Classrooms, washrooms, floors
The number of classrooms and washrooms matters more than total floor area, because they take the most time.
02
Footfall through the day
More pupils means busier corridors, washrooms and bins, so each visit needs more time.
03
Daily to a few times a week
Most schools clean daily after pupils leave. Smaller nurseries and centres may need fewer visits.
04
Summer, winter, spring
Priced separately for each break, so you can choose which holidays need a full reset.
Tell us about your school and we'll come to the site visit prepared. Your brief updates as you choose, and you can send it to us on WhatsApp.
Type of schoolThis isn't a quote. We price every school after a free visit outside school hours, which usually takes about 30 minutes.
Your school cleaning brief
5 visits a week
Next step: a free site visit, then a written proposal with a fixed monthly price.
Send brief on WhatsAppThe easiest time to switch is before a new term, but we can start mid-term too.
Tell us your school type, number of classrooms and school hours on WhatsApp.
We walk the building with your facilities team outside school hours and note every room.
Term-time cleaning and holiday deep cleans in one proposal, with a checklist for every area.
We share your cleaners’ details for your safeguarding records before the first visit.
Most schools need both. Term-time cleaning keeps the building clean day to day, and a holiday deep clean resets it before pupils come back.
| Feature | Term-time cleaning | Holiday deep clean |
|---|---|---|
| When | After pupils leave, daily or a few times a week | Summer, winter and spring breaks |

| Floors | Vacuumed and mopped | Scrubbed edge to edge, under furniture too |
| High-level dusting | Within reach | Light fittings, vents and cupboard tops |
| Best for | Keeping the school clean day to day | Resetting the building before a new term |
Holiday cleans book up fast, especially the summer break. Tell us your term dates early.
We keep to three neighbouring communities, so our team arrives on time for after-school cleans and stays until the checklist is done.
Al Barsha 1, 2 and 3 and Al Barsha South
Al Barsha is home to many established schools and nurseries, set among its residential streets, with busy drop-offs and full timetables.
Every district of Jumeirah Village Circle
Nurseries and learning centres in JVC’s newer buildings, where dust from nearby construction settles on window ledges and floors fast.
Uptown Motor City and Green Community Motor City
Schools and nurseries in and around Motor City, where an after-school clean has classrooms ready for the next morning.
Quality and not quantity
The Pine Fresh motto, stitched into how we work since 2021
A school needs more than a quick wipe-down. It needs people you can trust in the building, and a clean that stands up to hundreds of pupils every day.
Every cleaner in a school holds a police good conduct certificate, and we share their details with you before they start.
Used as directed and never left within children’s reach. Cleaning supplies stay locked away on site.
We work after school or early morning, so lessons are never interrupted.
Your cleaners learn your building, your checklist and your safeguarding rules.

It depends on the size of the building, the number of classrooms and washrooms, how often we clean in term time and which holiday deep cleans you need. We don't use a fixed price list. We visit your school for free, agree a checklist and schedule with your team, and then send a written proposal with a fixed monthly price. Build your school cleaning brief.
Most of our school cleaning happens after pupils leave or early in the morning, so lessons are never interrupted. If you'd like washrooms checked during the school day, we can add a daytime cleaner to your plan.
