Yes. Most shops book a clean in the early morning before opening, or straight after closing, so customers never shop around us. Some split it, with a full clean after closing and a quick glass and floor touch-up before opening.
Yes, for ground-floor glass we can reach safely from the pavement. In malls, the mall often cleans the outer shopfront itself, so we focus on the inside unless you ask us to do both. We don't do high-level or façade window cleaning.
Yes. We follow your mall's rules for after-hours access, contractor registration and where cleaning equipment can go, and sort out any paperwork with mall management before the first clean.
No. We clean around your stock and leave displays exactly as your team arranged them. If you'd like shelves cleaned underneath stock, we can do it as part of a deep clean, with your team's help or while you restock.
Yes. A pre-opening clean removes the dust and fit-out marks from floors, glass and fixtures before launch day. We don't do heavy post-construction cleaning, so it works best once the fit-out team has finished.
Yes. We clean salons, showrooms and boutiques, adjusting the checklist for mirrors, styling stations or large display pieces. We don't clean inside salon equipment or clinical treatment rooms.
No. We can clean the front of house in a café, including the seating area, counter fronts, glass and floors, but we don't clean commercial kitchens.
We agree access at the site visit. Many shops give us a key or shutter code, which we keep securely and use only for your visits. We lock up exactly as agreed and can message you when we've finished.
