You pay by the hour, and your hourly rate depends on how many hours you book across the week. Two 3-hour visits count as 6 hours. The more hours you book, the lower your rate, with no hidden extras.

We only work in three neighbouring communities. That means less time in traffic for our cleaners, more reliable arrival times for you, and better availability when you need an extra visit.

We’d rather look after fewer homes properly than rush through many. That’s why we stay in a small set of communities, keep schedules realistic and give every visit the time it needs.

With Pine Fresh, weekly plans cost AED 38 an hour for under 10 hours a week, AED 34 for 10 to 15 hours, AED 32 for 16 to 23 hours and AED 30 for 24 hours or more. A one-off clean is AED 40 an hour. Work out your weekly price. Every visit has a 2-hour minimum.
Each visit is at least 2 hours. You can book as many visits a week as you like, and your hourly rate drops as your weekly hours go up.
As a rough guide, a studio or 1-bedroom apartment takes 2 to 3 hours per visit, a 2-bedroom apartment 3 to 4 hours, and a 3-bedroom townhouse or villa 4 to 6 hours. We confirm the right number of hours when we quote.
No. Pine Fresh cleaners are part-time and come to your home only for the hours you book, so you don't need to sponsor a visa, provide accommodation or handle any paperwork.
We aim to send the same cleaner each week so they get to know your home and how you like things done. If your regular cleaner is on leave, we'll tell you in advance and send a trained replacement.
Just let us know when you book. We can bring cleaning materials and equipment, or use your own products if you prefer, and your quote will reflect your choice.
Yes. There's no long-term contract. You can pause while you're travelling, skip a week or stop your plan by letting us know in advance.
No. Many of our customers are at work during their clean. You can leave a key or access card with building security or a concierge, or arrange access with us when you book.
Our weekly maid service currently covers Al Barsha, Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) and Motor City. If you live nearby, send us your details and we'll let you know as soon as we reach your community.
